Senior Corporate Associate (Fully Remote Option)

Our client has been named one of the ''Top Places To Work'' in the UK by The Sunday Times and "Best Places To Work For Women" in 2024.The firm is now looking to add a senior corporate hire, with a minimum of 6 years' experience, who is qualified in England & Wales (or in another Common law jurisdiction) to join and/or co-lead the corporate team.This is not a traditional law firm; rather it is a blend of traditional private practice with in-house legal roles, combining top law firm expertise with a business-savvy in-house approach.The suitable candidate will have experience in managing and developing a team and will have a sizeable network of prospective clients.
The firm has a healthy pipeline of clients; however the successful candidate will be required to undertake business development, which will be a significant part of the role.Clients view the firm as 'their Lawyer' and trust them to form part of their teams.
