Are you an experienced Construction Contracts Manager passionate about driving successful public-sector projects? We're looking for a skilled professional with a track record in managing and delivering high-quality construction projects, someone ready to take on a senior role with genuine growth potential-right up to director level.
About the Role In this role, you'll take the lead on multiple public-sector construction projects, typically ranging from £500k to £8m in value. Your expertise in contracts, particularly NEC4 and JCT, will be central to your work as you navigate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll handle everything from high-level stakeholder management and risk assessment to overseeing supply chains and driving margins, all while working closely with our teams on the ground.
What We Offer We're offering a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000, plus a benefits package that includes a car allowance, private healthcare, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
