Contract Recruitment Consultant (Contract Recruitment Specialist) – Onsite/Hybrid in Guildford Job Title : Recruitment Consultant - Contract Recruitment Specialist Location : Austin Werner, Guildford, UK Position : Full-time, Onsite Austin Werner is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in contract recruitment to join our dynamic team in Guildford.
This is a critical role focused on expanding our contract recruitment division and delivering impeccable service to our high-profile client base.
Responsibilities: Manage the entire contract recruitment cycle, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to negotiation and placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their contract staffing needs.
Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various industries.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best match for client requirements.
Maintain an extensive candidate pipeline for swift placement into contract roles.
Provide regular market insights to both clients and candidates, ensuring a consultative approach in the contractual staffing domain.
Ensure compliance with all contractual and legal requirements related to employment and contractor management.
Meet and exceed KPIs relating to contract placements and business development.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment consultancy, with a focus on contract recruitment.
Strong understanding of the UK contracting market and associated legal frameworks.
Demonstrated success in business development and a solid track record of meeting recruitment targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering professional relationships.
A goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
High level of discretion and professionalism, adept at handling confidential information.
Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
