Role Summary FatFace has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Content Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role will be vital in enhancing the quality of all our content in the UK and internationally as well as further establishing our brand presence.
Content is a key part of our marketing strategy and producing highly engaging content is essential in delivering our ambitious sales targets.
The Senior Content Marketing Executive is accountable for creation and delivery of all content and communications across emails, web, print and any other format that may be required.
Working closely with the product, creative, marketing and trade teams, you'll make best use of all available product information and visual assets, demonstrating excellent copywriting skills to translate the product attributes, brand messaging and tone of voice into highly commercial content to increase website traffic and conversion.
You will have a strong commercial instinct and regularly review the performance of all content and communications to recommend and implement improvements, utilising data to influence decisions.
It is a busy environment and you will need to be proactive, highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities - Work with the Content Marketing Manager to deliver engaging content across our customer channels (email, web, in-store) that reflects the FatFace tone of voice and brand values - Content creation (and delivery) for all marketing channels including marketing emails and web content (including product descriptions, blog pages, guides and SEO copy) ensuring engaging brand and commercial storytelling - Understanding the FatFace customer and ensuring the tone of voice and brand messaging is engaging, informative and inspiring across all customer touchpoints - Responding to weekly data and trade reporting, work at pace to deliver content across channels to optimise performance - Working to the agreed email content plan, support with email copy and marketing messages considering trading activity, brand campaigns, seasonal calendar and customer mindset and moments, striving for outstanding customer journey and implementing optimisation tactics - Working to the agreed ecommerce plan, support with copy for web pages (including landing pages, PLP/ PDP content, product descriptions and SEO content), optimising to maximise customer engagement and commercial return - Working with merchandising, buying and design teams to understand key product messages and ensure stories are captured and translated in an effective way for product descriptions and content creation - Support the Content Marketing Manager with campaign and seasonal planning - Work with the Social team on channel alignment with seasonal messaging and product storytelling - Build strong relationships with the Total Platform team ensuring all site, TOV and email requirements and deadlines are met - Mentor and support Context Marketing Executive(s) - Support Content Marketing Manager with any adhoc content requests - Produce regular reports associated to KPI's and performance monitoring - Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times' Skills and Experience - Previous content marketing experience – minimum of 3 years - A background in fashion or retail would be advantageous Role Competencies - Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and prioritise workload, with an excellent attention to detail - An ability to create and execute activity that engages customers - Skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy to appeal to various target markets - Commercially minded and experienced in content creation - A clear and articulate communicator, at all levels - Creative, with a strong passion for the brand - Strong team player, able to work cross-functionally & build internal & external relationships - Able to work on own initiative Key Contacts and Relationships - Marketing - Creative - Ecommerce - Trade - Buying, Merchandising & Design FatFace Benefits - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Perkbox our online platform - day one access (this includes amazing online discounts, home workouts, wellbeing content, popular brand discounts etc.)
