The Opportunity We're looking for a senior content designer, ideally with experience in healthcare content.
You'll work closely with our lead content designer and with our team of product designers, product managers, researchers and developers.
You'll be part of our growing content design team, helping to plan, create, and evolve content for our products.
You should be comfortable working across UX research, UX design, and UX writing.
You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including clinical and operational teams, marketing and product teams.
This is a remote role, working 3 days per week for an initial 3 month engagement.
You must be based in the UK.
What you'll do Write, edit, test, and improve existing content across HeliosX (like landing pages and UX copy)Collaborate with designers on information architecture and the overall narrative and messaging for different parts of the online journeyLink up with marketing to ensure content meets comms and business goalsEnsure content meets brand and accessibility guidelines and is consistent across different customer touch points and journeysDesign thinking and user-centric approach to creating contentInformation architecture know-how; the ability to structure content to meet customer needsWork with UX researchers and product designers to identify gaps in end-user understanding and make content recommendations to resolve themPlan and run content tests, using data to understand and present which kind of content is most effectiveWhat you'll bring to HeliosX You have 3+ years' experience as a content designer or UX writerExperience in creating clear, concise, and engaging content for web and mobile experiencesStrong understanding of data analytics and methods for evaluating the impact of contentYou've worked on B2C digital products, ideally within healthcare or a related fieldYou enjoy working in fast-paced startups, you're proactive and embrace changeYou work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver content for multiple concurrent projectsYou know your way around Figma and MiroLife at HeliosX At HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition.
