Reporting directly into Head of Retail Marketing, youll work closely with marketing, digital, events and creative teams.What will you be doing?Youll have a number of responsibilities, some of which are:Content strategy & implementation: design and implement content strategies that support and extend marketing and communications initiatives, both short and long-term, establishing continuously evolving content practices.Copywriting & editing: write, edit, and review copy to ensure it meets brand standards and deadlines.Audience insights: utilise audience personas, content inventories and audits, customer journey maps, SEO strategies, and competitor research.Standards & best practices: Establish standards, best practices, and workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, ensuring all content is consistent with brand, style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for various user experiences across all channels.QualificationsIdeally, youll have: Proven work experience in a similar role within the financial or professional services space.
Knowledge of SEO and channel performance metrics (including automation programs).
Experience working on always-on content, campaigns, and events.
Experience working closely within a sales environment across multiple products and services.
