Senior Consultant – Workplace Ai

Our client, a global leader in digital transformation are seeking talented Senior Consultants to join their fast-growing Workplace AI practice.
This team focuses on helping businesses integrate AI solutions to enhance their workplace experience, driving both productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to identify and implement AI technologies that improve workplace efficiency and creativity.
Work with stakeholders to define AI strategies, aligning business goals with technical solutions.
Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth AI adoption and addressing user concerns.
Ensure AI solutions meet ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational governance.
Oversee AI project delivery, managing timelines and budgets while ensuring successful execution.
The Ideal Candidate: Strong experience in consulting or advisory roles, particularly with AI-driven projects.
Knowledge of AI models and workplace technologies.
Technical Ability to create POC's and MVP's.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
Relevant technical certifications and a passion for continuous learning.
