To lead the delivery and implementation of PIC's "Changing Change" programme of work.
The objective is to make improvements to the processes and approach to change management and change governance at PIC.
The role requires the individual to recommend and implement best practice processes for all pillars of change governance using proven market and best practice methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.
The role requires the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from within PIC's change function and across the wider business to secure their buy-in and to also lead the design and implementation of improvements to systems, processes, and technology, as appropriate, that relate to change management and change governance.
To apply knowledge and insights concerning change governance and change management best practice to ensure that PIC is achieving best practice and maturing how it manages and governs change.

Specific accountabilities assigned to the role of Senior Consultant/Program Manager – Changing Change within the STO: Provide effective leadership with responsibility for assessing and applying robust processes throughout "Changing Change" programme of work that optimises delivery within budget. Providing subject matter expertise on best practice and industry standards relating to change management, change governance and portfolio management, to deliver agreed process improvements across the change function. Lead the development of the project objectives, required target model and deliverables at completion and log, co-ordinate and escalate any risks and issues, as appropriate. Develop and maintain appropriately detailed plans, drawing out key milestones, decision and delivery points and resource requirements. Lead on the creation of project outputs in line with the company and team policies, working standards, approaches, and requirements; and collaborating with stakeholders within change and across the wider business to get deliverables produced and signed off. Develop a regular cadence of communication, both in written and verbal format, on key project milestones and activities, risk levels, and incidents that can be easily transferred into management information packs for circulation to senior management and Executive Committee meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify potential risks and opportunities, ensuring the business expectations are managed effectively and input is sought, as required. Facilitate the resolution of project issues across stakeholder groups.
This will include being able to understand the issue under consideration at a conceptual and business context level.Knowledge Strong technical knowledge and experience on change management, change governance and portfolio management processes, methodologies, and techniques. Strong knowledge on project and programme management. Demonstratable knowledge of implementation of change governance and operating models within financial services environment would be an advantage. Experience Recognised qualification or strong employment record of change management and change governance processes. Extensive experience of working across Project & Change environments and delivering successful outcomes aligned to best practice and industry standards. Proven track record of programme management and project delivery within set timeframes and on budget. Demonstratable experience of creating a culture of innovation and collaboration within a Change/Transformation environment. Proven track record of using data driven strategies to make informed decisions to optimise Change activities and corporate initiatives.
