The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing recruitment professional to lead our Sales & Marketing function.
You will either already be at the stage in your career where you can evidence leading and motivating high-performing teams or be well on your journey looking for your first role in management.
Depending on experience, you will support and lead our sales & marketing division, which will include hiring and developing a team.

You will be responsible for: Leading and developing a sales and marketing team through effective and constructive management.
Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.
Building and developing relationships with clients to truly understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Cross-selling by introducing colleagues to new and existing clients and candidates.
Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates through a range of channels, including job boards, our own CRM system, third-party databases, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
Conducting detailed interviews of candidates to assess suitability for roles.
Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial registration of candidates through to negotiation of offers and successful onboarding.
Achieving personal and team financial targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Attending events, conferences, and trade shows.

Experience & Skills Required: Previous recruitment experience covering sales & marketing positions.
Previous team leader or management experience would be advantageous, but we are open to someone with the right skills and attitude to develop into the role.

Demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing new and existing business.
Energetic with excellent networking skills.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
