On the client engagement side of things, we provide project, programme, and change leadership advising on and delivering complex transformation from setup, mobilisation and recovery.

A Sisua senior consultant is a multi-skilled professional with a positive and tenacious attitude.
They can work autonomously to manage small – medium size projects with minimal oversight from senior management (but feel empowered to highlight areas where support is required).
As a representative of Sisua working closely with our clients, it is critical that our consultants are strong communicators with a drive to build strong and lasting relationships.

Your skills and experience You will have experience of managing small – medium projects of work for clients and teams ( £1m budget) You can liaise with Sisua management team to ensure any risks/issues are understood and raised Commitment to high quality outputs and engagement in the Sisua quality assurance process You have the ability to engage with the Sisua management team and fellow consultants to develop services and products and can work across internal projects Delivery You have strong, demonstrable project management and analysis skills and are competent with using MS Excel.
You have a pro-active approach and can focus on professionalism in terms of time keeping, following through on commitments and client-centricity Competent with core MS Office applications (Teams / Outlook / Word / PPoint) Relationship Management You have excellent active listening skills and empathy necessary to distil client challenges from conversations and written communications You are keen to learn how to continue to grow using your networking skills and you understands the importance of building and maintaining a professional network as your consulting career develops You have an interest in how a consulting business works Can contribute to internal discussions that involve sales / marketing type topics Is conscientious in identifying opportunities for Sisua to make new contacts and/or have useful discussions with existing clients Building the foundations You have a genuine desire to build knowledge and learn about new areas and sectors You can support and help to create an environment that motivates others and instills the right behaviours Building and maintaining a learning and development plan that aligns with aspirations of the consultant and Sisua What is it like to work with us?
