The Role In this role, you'll be providing in-depth behavioural science expertise and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects with high client satisfaction. We need insightful, detail-oriented people that can provide behavioural science expertise, identify and elevate new business opportunities and assist in sales, so we can work with our clients to make a difference in the life science industry.
What You'll Be Doing Feeding deep behavioural science expertise into the design, analysis and delivery of projects with HCPs and patientsProviding direction and guidance to analysts, consultants and senior team members on how to utilise behavioural science theory and approaches, recommending improvements and alternative solutions to existing methods usedReviewing and analysing client issues and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop solutions which will drive behaviour changeLeading project management and delivery; incorporating behavioural science approaches and maintaining high levels of client satisfactionDeveloping and presenting detailed documentation, client reports and presentations, and providing client follow-ups which incorporate behavioural science and translate complex behavioural theory into understandable and actionable outputsIdentifying new business opportunities for follow-on work and new leadsDeveloping your knowledge of consulting methodologies, the life sciences market, and Centre of Excellence-specific expertise through on-the-job experience and trainingManaging timelines and day-to-day communication with the client and your team membersWho You Are A solid academic foundation in health psychology by tangible experience of the application of behavioural theory and behavioural change techniques / psychological approaches to intervention design and delivery, in both an academic and commercial settingDemonstrable health and behavioural science research experienceFlexible and pragmatic to help bridge the gap between academic therapy and real world, commercial applicationProject management experience with client-influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to work across multiple, different projects and opportunities with competing demandsExperienced in developing relationships with senior roles at our client organisationsKnowledgeable of developments in the life science industryExcellent at presenting and communicatingIdeally 5+ years of experience in life science or healthcare consultingBenefits We work hard to prioritise the things that matter most to you.
