This role offers the chance to lead impactful consultancy and transformation projects for premier infrastructure clients.
You will play a critical role in advancing asset management capabilities, driving digital transformations, and advising senior leaders on strategic decision-making to shape the future of our infrastructure.The RoleAs a Senior Consultant within the AMCL UK&I team, you will be responsible for:Delivery leadership: Managing high-profile client engagements, responsible for managing a team of consultants, delivering outstanding work, and developing long-term client relationshipsExpanding our capabilities: Identifying and securing business opportunities in new and existing markets; driving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globeDeveloping our people: Coaching and mentoring of team membersWhat We OfferWe're committed to empowering our team members to reach their full potential.

Here's what you can expect as part of the AMCL team:Extensive internal and external training opportunitiesMentoring and support from world leaders in asset managementRegular team building and social eventsEmployee benefits programmeOpportunities for short and long term international travelQualificationsExperience and Technical Knowledge5+ years of experience in infrastructure, defence, or consulting rolesStrong understanding of asset management and related elementsWorking knowledge of relevant asset management standards, including ISO 55000Familiarity with asset information and an interest in digital transformationEducation and CertificationsStrong academic background in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related fieldIAM Certificate and/or Diploma preferred, with progress towards chartership or other relevant professional certificationsProject Management and DeliveryProven track record of managing multiple projects, delivering on time, and within budgetStrong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities effectivelyCommercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying and securing business opportunities in new and existing marketsCommunication and LeadershipExcellent written, presentation, influencing and communication skillsStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team membersAnalytical and Problem-Solving AbilitiesStrong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs for clientsExperience with complex problem-solving in consulting or asset-intensive organisationsAdditional InformationAMCL is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive team.
