Senior Community Fundraiser A leading healthcare charity is looking for a Senior Community Fundraiser to join their dynamic team.

Location: Cambridge / Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (negotiable)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
The Role Are you an experienced fundraiser with a passion for making a real impact?
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that improve lives and transform communities.

As the Senior Community Fundraiser, you will take the lead in developing and executing innovative fundraising strategies.
Working across multiple counties, you'll engage schools, community groups, and challenge event participants to drive impactful support.

Key responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership : Create and implement plans that target key community segments to maximize fundraising impact.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and steward long-term relationships with supporters, from individual fundraisers to key stakeholders.

Event Management : Organize and oversee community-focused fundraising initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and maximum ROI.

Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to align efforts, share success stories, and highlight the charity's impact.

Performance Tracking : Monitor progress against ambitious income targets and continuously improve activities.

About You We're looking for someone who can inspire and motivate, with the following qualifications:
Essential Skills: Proven track record in community fundraising or a similar role.
Experience in creating and delivering impactful strategies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising databases.
A positive, enthusiastic approach with a passion for making a difference.
Desirable: Knowledge of Donorfy or similar CRM systems.
Creative flair and experience working in healthcare or related settings.
A valid driving license.
