The role You will support the delivery of member presentations both online and offline alongside developing innovative communication strategies to support and engage workplace members with their financial wellbeing and retirement savings.
This role supports our iconic Standard Life brand and is at the forefront of delivering on our ambitious plans.

The role involves UK travel for face-to-face presentations and developing and delivering online events too.
Key Responsibilities Deliver member presentations in an engaging and informative way to our workplace clients/members that supports overall engagement strategies Proactively contribute to projects as an engaged project member and guide smaller projects to successfully deliver communication outcomes Continually review methods, processes, and practices so that the highest quality of deliverables is maintained Building relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders Planning and organising workload in the context of changing priorities as business requests arise Able to exercise own judgement - understanding when to refer issues or seek guidance from peers Working within agreed processes in particular financial promotions/compliance to deliver excellent member facing communications What are we looking for?
Knowledge of workplace (DC pensions) savings products Experience of presenting to end customers or members in a live environment Stakeholder management and influence skills Ability to work to deadlines and produce quality outputs in line with compliance processes A willingness to travel We want to hire the whole version of you.
