Job Title: Senior Commercial Trainer About the Role: This Senior Commercial Trainer position lets you harness your industry knowledge to create and deliver impactful training programs, supporting client success and satisfaction every step of the way.
In this role, you'll lead engaging, high-quality training sessions and play a vital part in mentoring new trainers, sharing insights, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
This position offers flexibility—candidates can be based anywhere.
Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery & Course Development Design, develop, and deliver a wide range of training programs tailored to client needs, making each session engaging, relevant, and impactful.
Build fresh training materials, integrating modern techniques like digital avatars to enhance learning experiences.
Take ownership of training content, thoroughly preparing and regularly updating material to ensure top-quality delivery.
Delegate Support Serve as the main contact for delegates, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
Establish strong, trusting relationships with delegates, creating a positive and impactful learning environment.
Review delegate portfolios and provide constructive feedback to uphold high program standards, especially with key clients.
Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer Mentor new trainers by offering shadowing opportunities and demonstrating effective training techniques.
Share industry-specific knowledge, especially within defence, to help new trainers understand client needs and build strong relationships.
Promote hands-on learning, empowering new trainers to build their skills and confidence.
What You Bring: Proven experience in training delivery and program development, ideally within the defence or related sectors.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to develop engaging, practical training materials with modern, interactive methods.
A collaborative mindset and experience in mentoring others to support a culture of continuous improvement.
Understanding of client relationship management and knowledge of industry nuances.
