About the Role This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including HNW individuals and a range of commercial clients, particularly within the hotels and leisure industry.
This will include purchase and sales of commercial property, drafting leases and agreements, property finance, acquiring land for development, industrial property on managed estates and landlord & tenant work. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dedicated individual with strong commercial acumen.
A following would be beneficial but is not essential, as the firm encourages the development of personal client contacts.
