Senior Commercial Product Owner

Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organisation and with customers.
• Represent existing and potential IDS Capabilities, influencing local business strategy and challenge where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal software development teams or 3rd party vendors to develop digital products.
• Experience of product development with technology and capabilities to support a multichannel, commercial organisation such as Email, Websites, Data & Analytics and ePeer-to-Peer.
• Experience with an Agile approach to product delivery and it's supporting technologies.
• Strategic account management skills: research, listening, effective communication and presentation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language • Ability to work in a virtual (not collocated) environment.
• Ability to deliver IT projects working with a cross functional team.
• Understanding of the importance of quality and compliance obligations Strategic thinking and planning • Experience in strategy development & business planning process.
• Familiarity with the commercial business, the service value chain and the marketing processes.
