We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Commercial Lawyer to join our client, a leading real estate company .
This hybrid role requires two days onsite at their London office (with the flexibility to work remotely as well).
Key Skills: In-house experience with commercial work and data protection.
Confident partnering with various teams and driving projects.
Strong analytical and legal drafting skills.
Independent worker, able to escalate issues as needed.
Proficient in drafting various commercial contracts.
Keeping up with legal changes and updating legal documents.
Build strong relationships across the company.
Qualifications: UK Qualified solicitor with extensive experience in complex commercial contracts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
