As the teams Senior Account Handler, your role is split between working to service the largest and most complex or technical accounts, and acting as referral point, coach and go to expert for your colleagues.

Adept at managing the largest and most intricate accounts, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and innovative problem-solving.
Capacity to serve as a referral point, offering guidance and support to enhance team capabilities.
No direct people management duties, yet a pivotal senior presence within the team.
