Senior Clinical Team Manager - Special Education

About This Role We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to fill the position of Senior Clinical Team Manager in our special education division.
This role offers a unique opportunity for you to contribute your expertise in clinical team management, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of students with complex profiles of need.
Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and support to the onsite clinical team, ensuring seamless delivery of assessment and intervention plans for students with autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Caseload Management: Hold and manage the therapy caseload, collaborating closely with the clinical network and growing Clinical Team to ensure effective case planning and coordination.
Training and Consultation: Contribute to staff training and consultation, sharing your expertise to enhance the skills and knowledge of colleagues.
Integration and Collaboration: Work within the overall framework of service policies and procedures to facilitate the integration of this specific service into the day-to-day running of each provision.
This senior leadership role requires a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
You must possess experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team, as well as clear and concise report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
A full UK valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential requirements.
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, reflecting your value to the organisation.
