Job Title: Senior Climate and Sustainability Analyst Salary: £40-55k Location: Saltaire (with hybrid working options available 3 day in office minimum) Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role: Our client's Climate and Sustainability team is looking for a passionate individual to join the team.
This role is based in the Saltaire office, but can also be carried out from another office, with occasional travel to Saltaire required.
The team works across various disciplines including decarbonisation, climate change adaptation, natural capital, catchment resilience, and social value.
If you have a background and experience in addressing the climate crisis and fostering societal resilience to climate change, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: Develop decarbonisation strategies and implementation plans to achieve net-zero targets.
Contribute to broader sustainability and environmental projects, including climate change plans.
Manage projects and contracts in a client-facing role, including tender preparation.
Contribute to best practices and identify emerging trends and science.
Produce technical reports and presentations.
What Our Client is Looking For: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability consultancy, environmental science, carbon management).
Chartered status (e.g., IEMA, CIWEM) or a strong commitment to obtaining it.
Experience using carbon conversion factors.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
Solid understanding of climate change mitigation, adaptation, and resilience.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Desirable Attributes: Familiarity with UN Sustainable Development Goals and circular economy principles.
Active membership with IEMA or a similar professional body.
