The role As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for helping drive our future communication strategy, working in partnership with our largest strategic clients.You'll help drive the member engagement narrative, including how we creatively bring this to life in a pitch environment.
You will work in partnership with some our most important strategic clients, helping them to create bespoke communications strategies that support their employee benefit and wellbeing strategy and align to the goals for our workplace division.
As part of this, you will present your cross-channel strategy proposal to your clients and internal stakeholders, based on your deep understanding of the market, your clients and their members.
You will oversee and manage ongoing activity, measuring success and making tactical improvements to ensure that objectives are met.As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for working with and managing junior members of the team.
Building strong relationships is also an important part of the role; whether that's with prospective clients, existing clients, internal stakeholders or fellow team members.
What are we looking for?
Expertise and an in-depth working knowledge of workplace member communications, alongside a working knowledge and understanding of the complexities of Contract, Own Trust and Master Trust DC schemes A successful and varied track record of working in partnership with large corporates and/or trustees to create and deliver bespoke multi-channel communications strategies to engage the end user Strong project management & organisational skills, with evidence of working across multiple internal stakeholders to deliver for clients, overcoming challenges and blockers where necessary A people leader who has inspired others, mentoring and nurturing them to become the best they can be Evidence of excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and an ability to actively listen to all stakeholders to help build consensus and understanding and drive through mutually beneficial outcomes We want to hire the whole version of you.We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
