Senior Children'S Support Worker

Job Title:          Senior Children's Support Worker Location:          Newcastle-under-Lyme Salary:              £13.50 to £13.80 per hour depending on experience.
£60 per sleep in Great benefits package!
Full time, permanent contract.
3-8 sleeps per month.
Shift pattern is on a rolling rota basis.
Shift hours are 7.30am to 11pm.
We are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated Senior Children's Support Workers to join our client's team at their children's residential home in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
As Senior Children's Support Worker you will be responsible for ensuring shifts are planned with the Support Workers, make sure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures.  You will provide reports and documentation that reflects the progress of the children and young people and review care plans and other associated documentation.
You will act as an advocate for the children and young people whilst using a positive parenting model We are looking for someone who has: Level 3 for Residential Childcare To have a clear passion and desire to support children and young people To be an active member of a progressive and committed team Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted regulated home Ideally hold a full UK drivers licence Please apply today!
