Our home is for children between the ages of 7 to 18 who have faced some challenging times in their lives and deserve the opportunity to be cared for by adults who are empathetic and committed to them.
We are looking for senior adults to join our tribe who: Are able to be a nurturing parent Have integrity Have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations Are compassionate Are able to mentor and support adults Feel confident in giving advice and guidance to adults Have at least 2 years previous experience caring for children, and hold a level 3 Diploma in Residential Care (or equivalent).
