Salary: £33,474.00* per annum.
Based on £13.35 per hour and £60 per sleep.
Opportunities to pick up extra shifts.
Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern (with sleep nights) .
We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
Rotas given in advance.
Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care homeLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare A full driving licence issued in the UKApplicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictionsIn depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcareDue to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or aboveEsland are driven to changing children's lives for the better by providing best-in-class specialist services.
