WILDFIRE is a small but well establised independent bistro since 2002, specialising in the finest Aberdeen Angus Steaks, fresh sea food and local produce.
We are now looking for an experienced senior Chef de partie/Sour Chef to join our small and friendly team.
Good knowledge of Scottish food, Sea food, steaks , ingredients and 2 years previous experience in similar restaurant is essential for an ideal candidate.
Good communication is necessary Excellent standards of cleanliness, food hygiene certificate and safety awareness Work as a team member Taking responsibilities Fast servings abilities In return very good cash & card tips, good holiday package, a healthy & professional working environment, flexible working hours and plenty scope of career progression for the right person is available.
