The Location Set back from the tracks of Oxford Street, in St. Christophers Place Marylebone, is our translation of a Taiwanese dumpling house.
Utilitarian and functional; cold dishes followed by plates of freshly folded dumplings, BAO and xiao chi snacks.
The Position We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests.
You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures.

Our rotas are based on 6 shifts over 5 days, with a maximum of 1 double.
You will get 2 weeks rotas in advance so you can have a life outside of work.
