The Person The ideal Senior Chef de Partie will have the following: A strong track record working as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality fresh food setting Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients Ability to run a section and mentor junior team members Bags of positivity and a real passion for fresh ingredients Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
