Senior Chartered Quatity Surveyor

Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor Location: Corsham Office with Some Homeworking Available Salary: Competitive Sector: Construction/Architecture Overview: We are seeking a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning multi-disciplinary practice.
This role will be based in our Corsham office, with some flexibility for homeworking.
Main Duties: * Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establish project budgets.
* Develop tender documents, contracts, and manage procurement processes.
* Monitor project expenditures and provide financial reports.
* Value completed work, manage payments, and prepare final accounts.
* Conduct risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses.
* Ensure compliance with construction laws and regulations.
Candidate Requirements: * HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience.
* RICS certification preferred.
* Strong skills in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control.
* Knowledge of construction law and regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Masterbill, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
