Role Overview: As a Senior Chartered Financial Adviser, you will manage an existing client bank of high net worth individuals with approximately £80M in funds under management.
You will provide full holistic financial advice, including inheritance tax (IHT) planning, while delivering a professional, engaging, and valuable ongoing service.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of administrators and paraplanners to ensure your focus remains on client engagement and quality advice.
Key Responsibilities: Provide full holistic financial advice to high net worth clients, including IHT planning.
Manage and service an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
Deliver high-quality, professional, and tailored financial planning solutions.
Collaborate with a support team (administration and paraplanning) to maintain efficient operations and deliver exceptional client service.
Work with the firm's internal teams to drive business progress and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Generate new business opportunities through client referrals and strategic networking.
Key Requirements: Senior Chartered Financial Adviser status (or working towards it).
Extensive experience in holistic financial advice, including estate and IHT planning.
Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all client interactions.
A strong work ethic, efficiency, and pride in the work produced.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and drive continuous progress across the business.
