Job Description: Vimana is a rapidly growing charter business looking to launch our outside sales team.
This role will work alongside our Charter and Operations teams to develop and onboard new clients as well as servicing the requests from referral business.
For the right candidate this opportunity will allow growth into a sales leadership position and beyond.
Key Duties: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their specific travel needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Outreach: Make outbound sales calls building a list of prospective new clients.
Market Research: Stay informed on the private aviation market, including new aircraft types, destination trends, events, and competitor offerings to provide the best service and advice to clients.
Client Consultation: Offer expert advice on charter options, routing, and logistics, helping clients select the most suitable solutions for their travel needs.
24/7 Availability: Be available to respond to client inquiries and handle last-minute requests or changes, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and client satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven experience in private jet charter broking, luxury sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the private aviation industry, aircraft types, and charter regulations.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and deliver top-tier customer service.
Knowledge of CRMs and proficient in Avinode.
Commercial-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and available to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: Salary Commission Location: Fully remote with monthly team meetings in London.
