Main duties of the job Our Children's Emergency Department is well established it is purpose built with a co-located Paediatric Assessment Unit which opened in 2015 and is operational 24hrs a day 7 days a week.We offer exciting opportunities for career development within our service for all grades of staff.
We have a robust education and training programme provided by our Clinical Practice Facilitators.
You will be joining an existing dedicated and experienced senior nursing team.We are looking to expand our current band 7 team in the Children Emergency Department and we welcome applicants with experience at band 6 or 7 in Children's A&E, a Paediatric Assessment Unit, or senior nurse band 7 with an adult A&E background with extensive children's A&E experience.
