Job DescriptionCorporate ServicesSenior Change and Delivery OfficerWaverley CourtSalary: £44, - £52,Hours: 36 per weekWe're looking for a creative programme manager to support the reform of Edinburgh's community planning partnership.
You'll be based in the Chief Executives Directorate and working in a small but fast paced strategy team.The team is responsible for developing and driving public sector reform in key priority areas for the city such as, sustainably, poverty and community planning.
We are now working to deliver a programme of work to strengthen the role of the community planning partnership and ensure data driven, joined-up decision making.
You'll directly support the Chief Executive to chair the newly formed management group which will be used to develop a fresh local outcome improvement plan and performance framework for the city.
In additional to being programme manager for the partnership, the successful candidate will also be responsible for the Council's commitment to empowering communities through approaches such as participatory budgeting.
