The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast paced environment, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.The successful applicant will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, managing sections, whilst being creative in sharing ideas on menu development.
The Senior Chef de Partie will be passionate about seasonal, locally sourced food in order to provide a sustainable, tasty, high quality menu.You will require confident communication skills, be driven and have a great eye for detail.You will be passionate about delivering outstanding quality and providing an unforgettable dining experience.
