Senior Care Worker (Rapid Responder) -Driver Location: Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, and surrounding areas (mainly hospital-based in location nearest you with flexibility to cover nearby locations) Salary: £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits Hours: Full-time or Part-time (74, 50, or 40-hour contracts over two weeks - shifts from 08:00 - 16:00 or 13:00 - 21:00, plus two overnight on-call shifts) Join Us as a Senior Care Worker (Rapid Responder) and Make a Real Difference!

About the Role -Senior Care Worker (Rapid Responder) - Cambridgeshire As a Senior Care Worker with us, youll be part of a unique service that provides vital support to unpaid carers.
Your work will include: Giving unpaid carers the breaks they need by providing interim support to those they care for.
Offering emergency response assistance to carers in crisis.
Supporting hospital discharge services and helping prevent avoidable admissions.
Working alongside our homecare team to assess needs, plan care, and deliver compassionate service.
