Job DescriptionHome Instead Glasgow South are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Professional This will be a fantastic opportunity for a person with a genuine caring nature to join an established team making a positive difference in the lives of others and their local community.
This will be a demanding yet rewarding role for someone looking for professional development.As an established office of the successful Home Instead SUR Group franchise we supply person centred and bespoke care services to our clients across the South of Glasgow.
We strive to deliver the highest standards of support and change people's lives for the better.As a Senior Care Professional you will be commercially aware and be proud to represent Home Instead and be an ambassador for our high quality services we provide..Our award winning Glasgow South team are based in Kinning Park, and your role will involve a mixture of office based commercial and administration work, care co-ordination and field work which can mean travelling across our territory within the Glasgow South area therefore being a car driver is essential.
Primarily you will be based in the office however due to the nature of the care setting environment you will need to be flexible in your approach to working patterns.Shift pattern:Monday to Friday availability.Your week will consist of 3 full days and two half days.Full days are 8am to 9:30pm.Half days are 8am to 2:30pm or 3:30pm to 9:30pm2 days per month on call on either a Saturday or Sunday and some evenings during the week.Additional pay for on call responsibilitiesRequirements: Driving is essential for this role.2 years of care experienceMust be flexible and an adaptable individualHave the right to work in the UKYour job will entail:Perform support visits and supervisions as agreed with the Care Manager.Perform client reviews & quality assurance visits as agreed with the Care Manager.Provide mentoring and support to Care professional's within your team and provide client support and reporting services within your area.Pickup and audit of client logsWeekend on call cover and two nights during the week divided by the team.Join Home Instead and start a fulfilling career!Job Type: Full-time.Pay: £13:00 per hourGuaranteed 30 Hour Per Week ContractBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionMillage PaymentsOn-site parkingProgression opportunities£26 per hour on bank holidaysIf you are interested in the role we would love to hear from you!
