Your duties will include:Professional Development: Completing required training to enhance your skills and knowledge.Resident Support: Assisting with personal care, daily activities, meal times, and offering emotional support.Holistic Care: Encouraging each resident's individual hobbies and preferences to foster an enriched and fulfilling lifestyle.Quality Standards: Upholding cleanliness, safety, and high standards throughout the home.Leadership Responsibilities: Working closely with the Home Manager to oversee staff supervisions, conduct appraisals, maintain thorough records, liaise with external professionals, and support in recruitment processes.Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
