Our services include residential, nursing, respite, and professional care tailored to individual needs.As a Senior Care Practitioner working days, your responsibilities may include:Completing and maintaining required training.Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and engaging in daily activities.Providing emotional support and fostering companionship.Enabling residents to live enriched and fulfilled lives based on their unique interests, preferences, and abilities.Ensuring the care home environment meets high standards.Administering and managing medications in line with regulatory standards and the care plan of each resident.Monitoring and recording medication administration, addressing any issues or side effects, and ensuring compliance with medication policies.Ordering, receiving, and safely storing medications, ensuring accurate stock levels and documentation.Performing senior-level duties such as staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with external professionals, and assisting with recruitment activities.Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.

However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions.
