You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and growing our business whilst ensuring a smooth transition for new customers joining our service.

What You'll Do as a Senior Care Assistant: Care Delivery: You will hold a care schedule at approximately 50% capacity and work closely with our Care Assistants, delivering hands-on care and providing expert support during the onboarding of new customers.
Customer Onboarding: Take the lead in ensuring a smooth, hassle-free care journey for new customers as they join our service.
Growth and Marketing Activities: Participate in local marketing efforts, such as 20/20 leaflet campaigns, to expand awareness of our services.
Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct environmental risk assessments and perform medication audits to ensure safety and compliance at customers' homes.
Leadership and Support: Be a key resource for the care team, providing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on assistance when required.
Positive Reviews and Good News Stories: Collect positive customer feedback and share good news stories to help boost our brand reputation and showcase the hard work of the team.
What We're Looking For: We are looking for two full-time Senior Care Assistants to join our team on a permanent basis.
Our set working pattern for a full-time employee is 4 days one week and 3 days the following week, between the hours 07:00 – 22:00 as follows: Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun Week 2 - Wed, Thur, Fri When working as a Senior Care Assistant for Bluebird Care you need to hold certain attributes: Demonstrate professionalism and set high standards for the care team Build a good rapport with team members, customers, and their loved ones Take the lead in solving problems and addressing care needs independently Manage a fast-paced, flexible schedule while prioritising service demands 3 years minimum care industry experience is desirable, and it is preferrable you hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
This is a mobile role, so it is essential that you have a Full Valid Driving Licence and access to your own reliable car/vehicle.
