As a Senior Care Assistant at our home your role may involve: undertaking any necessary training supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with daily activities providing emotional support and companionship supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbies preferences and abilities maintaining high standards within the care home environment Seniorlevel duties to support the Home Manager which may involve: staff supervisions appraisals recordkeeping liaising with outside professionals interviewing etc.
