The Senior Campaign Manager, will beresponsible for owning and developing measured, scalable andbreakthrough integrated communication strategies, plans andcampaigns for key EU initiatives.
They will leverage key customer,business, creative and media insights to craft, execute and stewardintegrated communications plans with clear objectives, strategiesand deliverables.
They will own the development of integratedcampaigns guided by the plans they've set forth, working closelywith creative, media and channel partners from ideation throughexecution, and partner with research, media, onsite, measurementand insights teams to develop testing and learning plans,understand the performance of their work and leverage learnings toinform future work.
The Senior Campaignmanager will work closely with creative, media, project management,PR and onsite partners, in addition to business and countrystakeholders.
They will drive EU wide campaign work, whileidentifying opportunities for strategic localization.
They willfocus in particularly on developing retail campaigns for salesevents as well as always-on retailfundamentals.
The ideal candidate ispassionate about customer insight, able to synthesize inputs intoclear strategies, experienced in engaging and inspiring crossfunctional teams and driving collaboration and has proven abilityto lead multi-channel campaigns driving customer acquisition andengagement.
They are interested in working in a Globalorganization, a proven problem-solver, have strong attention todetail and are able to flex between thinking big and divingdeep.
Key jobresponsibilities Ownership of the integratedcommunications brief & plans; oversight of all aspects of thecampaign process from strategy to ideation to execution tomeasurement Lead the development of fully integratedcampaigns, leading and driving collaboration with a sizable team ofcross-functional partners, inclusive of business, onsite, projectmanagement, paid media, creative, PR, and beyond.
Manage multi-marketplace creative asset development & delivery; Partner closely with key business partners in the EUPrime & Marketing organization on initiative strategies andplans; Develop and manage relationships with keycountry partners, developing a deep understanding of country goals,strategies, insights and opportunities, working with country leadson the development of integrated plans and work, and partneringclosely on future planning; Lead integratedcommunication plan and campaign meetings and reviews with seniorleaders & stakeholders and globalpartners The role is based in Amazon's UK HQin Shoreditch, London.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of experience in integratedconsumer marketing/brand management - Bachelor's degreeor equivalent professional experience PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Significant experience drivingintegrated communication strategies and plans with deep businessintegration - Superior verbal and written communicationskills, with proven ability to engage and navigate seniorleadership - 6+ years leading cross functional creativeand media teams - Experience in subscription brandmarketing and developing marketing tactics for big sales or dealevents - Deep expertise of paid media channels andnuances - In depth understanding of marketingmeasurement - Experience driving international/globalwork - Advanced business or marketing degree (orequivalent training) Amazon is an equalopportunities employer.
