Senior Buyer | Ladies Fashion | International Role | Relocation to Australia | £75,000 - £80,000 + Relocation and Benefits
We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Senior Buyer to join our amazing team and help us take our Curve category to new heights.

As the Senior Buyer you will:
Curate a collection that's balanced, on-trend, and commercially spot-on, with the right mix of prints, colours, and styles for all our regions.
Collaborate with the Managing Director and buying leaders on long-term product planning-you're a key player in the brand's growth!
Work with Design to ensure every piece is as fresh, fashionable, and true to the brand as possible.
Ensure our pricing structure is on point, driving both sales and profitability.
Manage the end-to-end buying process to make sure stock arrives on time and at the right place.
Dive deep into market data and sales trends to make quick, commercial decisions to keep the brand flying high.
Mentor a team of ambitious juniors, helping them grow and thrive in their buying careers.
Work closely with Design & QA to make sure our fits are perfect, fabrics are top-notch, and everything is made to last.
Make smart, commercial decisions to keep products profitable, meeting all financial targets and deadlines.
As the Senior Buyer we are looking for:
Curve experience is a must-you understand the unique needs of this category and how to bring it to life.
A strong commercial acumen and a talent for balancing creativity with profitability.
A deep understanding of fabrications, product categories, garment construction, and the ins and outs of the buying process.
Great at managing teams-you know how to inspire and lead while also supporting your team's growth.
A passion for trends-you're always ahead of the curve (pun intended!)
when it comes to what's new and exciting in fashion.
Stakeholder management skills-working with Design, QA, Planning, and Marketing will be second nature to you.
A relevant qualification in Fashion Buying, Design, or something similar.
