'GCSE', 'A' Levels, Vocational Qualifications, Professional/Further Education Qualifications in relevant 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Or equivalent level of relevant experience.
Be trained and proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office including the ability to use spreadsheets and perform basic data analysis.
Good organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer care skills and a full understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality.
To be able to produce accurate work to deadlines, including notes of meetings and work effectively and efficiently whilst under pressure.
To have the ability to establish and maintain working relationships and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
To have the ability to prioritise own workload and work under minimum supervision, with a flexible approach.
