EPR is an environmentalpolicy that makes Sellers who first places a product subject to EPRrequirements in a country responsible for the entire life cycle ofthe products that they introduce on the market, from their designuntil the end of life.
As the Senior BusinessOps Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying,assessing, and mitigating legal risks associated with one or moreprogram level components, ensuring our compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a product andprogram setup that has multi-billion-dollar impact for Amazon.
To be successful in the role, you will needstrong communication skills to work closely with stakeholdersacross multiple stores and functions.
You will need to be aself-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention todetail, and ability to work in a fast-paced landscape.
This is ahigh visibility role across WW Director and VP groups atAmazon.
This role can be located in London orLuxembourg.
Key jobresponsibilities 1.
Define and execute working backwardsplans and mechanisms to successfully implement the Pay on behalfservices program in EU 2.
Define and track the metricsand goals needed to measure success across critical work streams inthe program 3.
Proactively identify gaps or blockers toAmazon and Seller compliance, propose solutions, and driveimplementation across partner teams.

Actively seekways to improve program related process efficiencies andeffectiveness.

Communicate updates on key strategicprograms and metrics to leaders andstakeholders About the team We are anew team in marketplace, born in 2018.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new andexisting customers and market segments - Experience withMicrosoft Office products and applications - Experiencewith sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similarsoftware - Bachelor's degree orequivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutionsor equivalent experience - Experience identifying trendsand needs to improve an already closed large-scale technologydeal - Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focuson hunting new business Amazon is an equalopportunities employer.
