Senior BI and Data Product Analyst Location: Maidenhead/Hybrid Salary: £75,000 pro rata or day rate equivalent Job Description As the Senior BI and Data Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) solution.
Leveraging your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and system-oriented skills, you will drive accurate and impactful financial decision-making across the organization.

Collaborating closely with the Director of Group Data and Analytics, you will deliver in-depth analysis, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to enhance performance and foster profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of ARR and NRR metrics.
Monitor, track, and report project progress, adhering to governance frameworks established by the Business Transformation Office.
Continuously assess project performance against financial success metrics and OKRs.
Build effective working relationships with RWS teams, including sponsors, stakeholders, business owners, technology leads, and finance professionals.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating RAID items to the Programme Lead as needed.
Provide timely and high-quality project performance reports.
Collaborate with business owners, analysts, architects, SMEs, and stakeholders to produce top-tier deliverables.
Support the Programme Lead in managing the broader programme, including steering group materials, financial reports, project updates, and business cases as required.
Skills & Experience Proficiency in ARR and NRR concepts and metrics.
Extensive experience with SQL.
Strong understanding of complex technology architectures.
Proven ability to design and implement people, process, technology, and finance initiatives.
Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in project management methodologies and techniques.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage strategic programme elements.
Commercially savvy with excellent communication skills, including the ability to present compelling business cases.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to craft engaging and clear documentation.
A structured approach to work, with the flexibility to apply pragmatic solutions when necessary.
