As a key member of the Business Development team, you will report to the Marketing & BD Director and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm's business development and marketing strategies for the Restructuring practice.
You'll drive impactful initiatives, promote a client-centric approach, and elevate the firm's profile in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of business development plans and marketing strategies.
Oversee the pitch process, including RFPs and proposals, ensuring high-quality, strategic submissions.
Collaborate with partners to draft business plans and identify growth opportunities.
Manage thought leadership initiatives, such as award submissions, directory entries, and the Weil European Distress Index.
Coordinate cross-border business development activities with the US and European teams.
Work closely with the PR team on marketing collateral and social media strategy.
Track the market to identify speaking opportunities, events, and industry trends.
Measure ROI for business development activities and make data-driven recommendations.
