About the role: As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in the success of Finseta.
You will be supported by the Sales Director to develop your skills and experience in FX and Cross Border Payments.
Finseta is looking for experienced individuals in FX, Remittances and Cards as we continue to grow our business in 2025.
You will enjoy building new relationships and create rapport easily with prospective customers across various levels of seniority.
Responsibilities: Researching and identifying potential partners to build a database of qualified prospects who's clients would benefit from Finseta's services Researching and identifying potential clients that would benefit from Finseta's services across a broad range of products including: Cards, Alternative Banking, Hedging and Payments Create a pipeline of opportunities that help Finseta meet and exceed their business KPI's and Goals Collaborate with internal teams/stakeholders including Compliance, Operations and Marketing as needed Identify opportunities by explaining product and service capabilities overcoming potential objections posed by prospective customers Inform prospective customers on market developments by referring to technical analysis reports, daily figures and other means of research Monitor your performance against KPI's agreed by your line manager.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Experience in cold outreach via Cold Calling, Email Sequences and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential Experience in using the following tools is desirable: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and HubSpot Experience in Cards or Hedging is desirable, but not essential Language Skills are desirable, but not essential
