As an Aerospace Business Consulting Senior Manager you will demonstrate your strategic skills and be responsible for creating and managing exciting projects while keeping a firm focus on organisational goals and driving excellence and growth for Sopra Steria UK Consulting.
Your expertise will be pivotal in refining processes, encouraging team growth, and coordinating our Business Unit to make sure there is maximum efficiency.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in growing our portfolio, developing strong customer relationships, and contributing significantly to pre-sales and sales efforts.
This is hybrid working, you would be required to attend client sites which would mainly be based in the South, Southwest area of England 2 times a week, so this would need to be easily commutable for you, also internal key meetings and training at one of our offices.
What you'll be doing: Identifying, shaping, expanding and creating new consulting opportunities within Aerospace.
Nurturing strong relationships across wider Sopra Steria Aerospace Group.
Accountable for the financial performance of projects under your responsibility.
Budget responsibility for your Consulting practice and its growth strategy.
Qualify business needs and monitor resources for the tasks.
Deputise the consulting Director in leading the business as required.
What you'll bring: Expertise in Aerospace Business Consulting.
Experience of digital and/or data transformation, manufacturing, process optimisation, supply chain optimisation.
Experience of developing service propositions and taking these to market.
Experience in building relationships and delivering presentations of business and technical solutions to senior client executives.
Proficiency in project management techniques.
Must be SC cleared.
It would be great if you had: A professional consulting accreditation.

Employment Type: Permanent.
Location: UK Anywhere - Commutable to South and South West of England.

Salary: £90,000 to £120,000.
