Senior Business Change Project Manager

Due to rapid company success and growth, my client is looking to hire an experienced Senior level/Lead Business Change Project Manager.
The role is to be based in the company Head Office, mainly working on business change projects, however there will be a couple of technology projects coming up to include asset management and finance system changes.
Communicating in a friendly, confident clean and concise manner with all levels of staff across the business.
Working and management of third parties and external suppliers.
The role is to include full end to end project management on a variety of small to large projects, requirement gathering and successfully delivering projects in a timely fashion setting clear goals and objectives by writing clear project plans Assisting the Head of Programme Management Office in the running and maintenance of the PMO function across the business.
Along side this, you will be leading/supervising two Project Managers by coaching, mentoring and identifying training requirements.
Assisting with one to one's and being a point of escalation and as when required, sharing knowledge and leading by exampl e. This is a great role with a variety of projects to work on and an opportunity to expand on your Project Management experience in the future to further develop your care er.
The role offers hybrid working of two days in the office and three days working from home per week.
There will be an occasional visit to the Bristol office and it is imperative you can to Horley in Surrey, two days per w eek.

Skills/experience/attri butes: Minimum of three years' experience as a Business Change Project Manager is es sentialExperience of working on technical systems change projects is highly de sirableStrong experience of project governance and writing a clear proje ct planExperience of requirement ga theringFull end to end project man agementExperience of working within the Energy sector is desirable but not es sentialStrong senior Stakeholder Management exp erienceIdeally Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma qu alifiedExperience of mentoring, coaching, leading other Project M anagersExperience of working to KPI' s/SLA'sExcellent problem-solving skillsIntermediate in Word, Excel and OutlookCollaborative team player across the b usinessOutstanding communication skills, verbal and writtenStrong administrative and organisational skillsMotivating, encouraging with great listening skills
