We're developing a new payments platform for the Bank and establishing a new operating model to enable us to achieve our goals.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative Business Analysis team that help to deliver change within the Core Banking & Payments portfolio.
You'll work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be assigned to work on Projects that deliver technical and business change, enabling us to remain regulatory compliant, as well as driving transformational change delivering value for our colleagues and customers.
What you'll be doing Working on a range of Projects that deliver business and technical change within Payments Leading workstreams of activity within your assigned Project Providing guidance and support to other Business Analysts.
For example, conducting peer reviews, recommending analysis approaches and techniques for desired outcomes, etc Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, bringing the together the right people to understand what our customers and end users want Collaborating and working proactively within your Project; inputting to planning, providing estimates and progress updates on tasks, inputting into Project Risks and Issues on an ongoing basis.
Providing support to delivery and testing colleagues throughout the end-to-end Project Lifecycle; ensuring they fully understand what is needed from the requirements captured We need you to have Significant experience of leading on Business Analysis activities, using different methodologies, tools and techniques gained by working on multiple projects The ability to manage your workload and priorities effectively, be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently on complex tasks.
Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders at various levels including identifying, engaging, managing expectations and communicating with confidence Understanding of the Project Lifecycle and the various analysis deliverables in each phase Experience in creating detailed process maps and eliciting requirements First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities and a can-do attitude to keep focussed on delivering the right business outcome.
It's a bonus if you have but not essential Recognised Business Analysis qualifications Experience of working within Financial Services Exposure to and payments knowledge across (but not limited to) Faster Payments, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, Liquidity Management, Open Banking and Treasury Systems Red Hot Rewards Generous holidays - 38.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays and prorated if part-time)? plus the option to buy more.
